President - Associate Professor Peter Banks 

Dr Peter Banks is an Associate Professor in Zoology at the University of New South Wales. His leads a large research group developing ecologically based solution to managing vertebrate pests and researching the ecology and conservation of urban wildlife. He has been a member of the RZS Council since 2001 and RZS president since 2008.

Senior Vice President- Professor Chris Dickman

Professor Chris Dickman is an ARC Professorial Fellow in the School of Biological Sciences at the University of Sydney. He is an internationally renowned expert in mammals, ecology and conservation biology. His particular research interests are in the ecology of arid environments, the impacts of invasive species and the conservation of Australia's unique mammals.
