This grants are open to postgraduate students and Early Career Researchers (within 3 years of completing PhD). Funding for 2012 will commence in September. The grant will be administered through the RZS.
In 2012 four grants are on offer. The Foundation for National Parks & Wildlife and Humane Society International are each supporting Marine Science Grants specifically to support marine research of Australian marine ecosystems on marine plants or animals. Humane Society International is also supporting one grant for research into threatened species in terrestrial or freshwater systems. The same application process applies to all grants
